Support Ticketing System

ticketAtlantis International has installed an online support ticketing system (SmarterTicket) in order to better serve our current and future customers. This system will accept requests via E-mail or through an online web interface. All requests will be assigned a unique ticket number for tracking purposes. All correspondence and even ticket resolutions are permanently stored and can be searched for future reference.
